Parent Teacher Interviews

Parent-Teacher Interviews will be running November 19-21. PTI’s will be each evening from 3:15-7:00pm. Each teacher will have their own unique schedule within this timeframe.

You will be able to book a time to meet with your student’s teacher through the Conference Manager system (https://prairiewaters.schoolsoft.com). Conference Manager bookings will open on Monday, November 11 @ 8:00am. Please book a time slot with your student’s teacher as soon as possible as time slots do fill up quickly. Of note, Conference Manager will remain open for bookings until Tuesday, November 19 @ 12:00pm. If you require assistance, please contact the office at 403.285.6969.

Don't forget to visit our book fair during Parent-Teacher Interviews! The bookfair will be open from 3:30-6:30 November 19-21.
